Andrew Duff in Portugal for new Treaty negotiations

Andrew Duff, leader of the Liberal Democrats in the European Parliament, is this weekend involved in the negotiations on the new European Reform Treaty. Andrew is in Portugal to help with the complex negotiations to hammer out a final draft of the new treaty to replace the Constitution.
